Horseback riding in the Bardenas desert offers a sense of freedom and a bond with the animal that will transcend your perception of the environment. You can ride while being on the lookout for the landscape’s surprises. Whether it’s a half-day, a full day with bivouac, or several days with relays, you can commune with nature and share a moment with other riders.
We provide horses accustomed to traversing the Bardenas desert from one point to another. The horse relays are located near the Landazuría, Cubilar, and Nemesia lodges. These are fenced properties with fodder and water for the animals, as well as a basic comfort cabin. You can spend a night in the desert in a cabin with a toilet, shower, and electricity. You can also transport your bags, luggage, tents, etc., in a 4×4 vehicle and enjoy typical regional dishes prepared by a chef. Riders can also prepare their own meals.
If you are a horse enthusiast and have a good riding level, you can rent a horse for a few hours or for the day.
